Developer Relations and Support
Bristol offers customers a comprehensive Developer Relations and Support program. Support is available by phone, email, and through our support web page. All customer communication is tracked through an extensive call tracking and problem report database system. Wind/U customers receive weekly status reports on their outstanding questions, including confirmation of priorities and release schedules.
